Jeremy Mallory
Counsel

Jeremy Mallory is a commercial litigator with more than fifteen years of experience handling trial and appellate matters. He represents clients in complex disputes across industries, including high-stakes commercial cases, regulatory challenges, and sensitive individual matters. His practice is shaped by a broad background that allows him to distill complex issues and develop clear, effective strategies.

Jeremy has taught Constitutional Law at the University of Chicago Law School and has written on legislative chaplaincies and political speech. His scholarship has been cited by courts and commentators, including the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He also advises on the implications of artificial intelligence in legal practice, with a focus on practical application and risk.

Before joining Massey & Gail, Jeremy practiced at Sidley Austin and Kirkland & Ellis, where his work included securities litigation, bank regulation, environmental disputes, patent matters, and appellate litigation.

Jeremy earned a Ph.D. in ethics from the University of Chicago Divinity School and a J.D., with Honors and Order of the Coif, from the University of Chicago Law School, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the University of Chicago Law Review.
