Kathleen Petitti

Kathleen (Kathy) Petitti is Chief Financial Officer at Massey & Gail, where she oversees the firm’s financial operations and leads strategic planning to support growth and decision-making. She works closely with firm leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy, and serves as the primary billing contact for new client relationships.

Kathy brings extensive experience in financial management and reporting from a major banking institution, where she supported multiple lines of business through a series of mergers. She later advised nonprofit organizations on financial operations and planning before joining the firm.
