Leah Maxie is Chief of Staff to the Managing Partner at Massey & Gail. In this role, she serves as the operational hub of the firm, partnering with the Managing Partner and equity partners to advance strategic priorities, manage complex initiatives, and ensure the firm runs smoothly.
Her work spans a broad range of responsibilities, including implementing and refining institutional processes throughout the firm. Known for her ability to distill information and align people, priorities, and execution, she plays a key role in translating strategy into action.
Before stepping into this role, Leah built her career in legal marketing and business development, giving her a practical, results oriented perspective on firm operations. She earned her B.A. in Law and Society from Purdue University, with minors in Political Science and Psychology.
