Shayda Safapour is Director of Marketing & Business Development at Massey & Gail, where she leads the firm’s growth strategy across client development, branding, and market positioning. She works closely with partners to drive revenue, deepen client relationships, and identify new opportunities across industries.
Her work includes building and managing business development infrastructure, including client targeting, litigation analytics, and strategic outreach programs, as well as overseeing the firm’s website strategy, awards and rankings, and client engagement efforts.
Drawing on her background as a licensed attorney, she aligns business development strategy with how lawyers litigate, advise clients, and win work. She earned her J.D. and M.B.A. from Suffolk University and her B.A. from Western Michigan University.
